This Letter Copier Robot was created for a week long assignment in my advanced robotics course. The goal was to build a robot that could copy the picture of a letter read in from a file. LabView image processing was used to accurately identify the letter. The resulting image was then fit to an X-Y spline and the letter was then redrawn using inverse kinematics with a two link robotic arm. The picture below is an early iteration of my robotic arm to draw simple letters.
